The Human Centipede (First Sequence)

“Their flesh is his fantasy.”

Two American women on a road trip through Europe get stranded in a German forest at night when their car breaks down. They knock on the door of a nearby villa and are taken in by Dr. Heiter (Dieter Laser), a retired surgeon whose polite welcome covers a vision he has been planning for years. Tom Six sets the film inside that house, a tiled operating room, a kitchen table, a flashlight swinging through trees.
