The Hundred-Foot Journey

“Life's greatest journey begins with the first step.”

Hassan (Manish Dayal) has grown up cooking beside his mother and wants nothing more than a kitchen of his own. His father, Papa (Om Puri), moves the family to a French village and opens an Indian restaurant directly across the street from Madam Mallory (Helen Mirren)'s Michelin-starred dining room. Lasse Hallström sets the two kitchens facing each other, the road between them barely wide enough for a truck.
