The Independent

“Follow the lies. Find the truth.”

Eli James (Jodie Turner-Smith) is a young, idealistic journalist covering the last weeks of a presidential election that could give America its first female president or its first viable independent. She gets the chance to work beside Nick Booker (Brian Cox), the legendary reporter she has looked up to for years. Amy Rice follows the two of them into a conspiracy that puts the vote, and the country, in their hands, and Eli carries the weight of it.
