In 1988 Hong Kong, a police training squad is made up entirely of women, and the male officers around them treat it as a joke. Madam Law (Cynthia Rothrock) and Madam Wu (Sibelle Hu Hui-Chung) drill the recruits through the usual harassment and their own personal troubles, while real criminals keep coming. Wellson Chin's film is about being taken seriously, and how far these women have to go before anyone does.
