The Intruder

“Your House. His Home.”

Scott (Michael Ealy) and Annie (Meagan Good) buy a house on several acres in Napa Valley, and the man who sold it to them, Charlie Peck (Dennis Quaid), keeps coming back. He stops by to mow the lawn, to fix a fence, to check on the place, and he never quite gets around to leaving. Deon Taylor builds the film on an old, plain fear: a home you paid for can still feel like it belongs to somebody else.
