“The Further Adventures of "The Three Musketeers"!”

D'Artagnan (Douglas Fairbanks) learns that Constance Bonacieux (Marguerite De La Motte), the woman he loves, has been sent to a convent. The reason is a secret: Cardinal Richelieu has had the queen's second twin son shipped off to Spain to be raised in hiding. Allan Dwan, working in 1929 with a synchronized score and some spoken scenes, sends D'Artagnan and the Musketeers riding after her, a story about loyalty to a person pitted against loyalty to a crown.
