“Their song will haunt you”

In 1846, another ship breaks apart on the rocks of an almost deserted island off Scotland, and only three sailors make it ashore. The few locals take them in, among them Douglas Innis (Conleth Hill), and everyone waits for the mainland boat. Matthew Butler-Hart holds the sailors and their hosts in close quarters, where each small kindness carries a question about what the island once was and who is still bound to it.
