The King of Escape

Armand Lacourtade (Ludovic Berthillot), forty-three, sells farm machines in the countryside and has grown tired of the gay life he has always led. Then he meets Curly (Hafsia Herzi), a young girl, and he turns toward her instead. Alain Guiraudie follows the pair as her parents and the police come after them, and Armand has to ask whether this forbidden love is the one he actually wanted.
