The Knock Out Cop

“A one man demolition squad!”

Inspector "Flatfoot" Rizzo (Bud Spencer) is a big, unhurried Naples cop who would sooner settle a case with his fists than with paperwork. He goes after the crime and corruption eating at the city, and Steno stages the fights as broad comic brawls. Santo & Johnny's title song plays over it all, and the film keeps Spencer's heavy frame in the middle of the frame.
