The Last Days of Pompeii

“The Fiery Summit of Spectacle!”

Pompeii in the last days before Vesuvius, with a volcano looming over the city and a gang of black-hooded robbers terrorizing its streets. Glaucus Leto (Steve Reeves), a centurion released from service, comes home to find his father murdered and sets out to learn who is behind it, with Arbaces (Fernando Rey), High Priest of Isis, never far from the trail. Mario Bonnard's film plays the search against the mountain, and Glaucus keeps looking toward it.
