“His family thinks he's crazy. His enemies think he's no challenge. But she knows he's THE LAST DRAGON.”

Leroy Green (Taimak) has trained for years in martial arts, and he is still hunting for the master who can teach him the last level, a power called the glow. Then Eddie Arkadian (Christopher Murney), an obsessed music promoter, goes after the singer Laura Charles (Vanity), and Sho'nuff (Julius Carry) comes looking for a fight. Michael Schultz fills it with Lester Wilson's choreography and a pop soundtrack, so the kicks and the songs share the same bright momentum.
