The Last Face

Why does a doctor keep walking toward the places everyone else is fleeing? Miguel Leon (Javier Bardem), a Spanish physician, carries medical treatment into African regions torn up by military uprisings. Sean Penn follows him alongside Wren Petersen (Charlize Theron), a fellow doctor, and each of them goes on working in the war's path while it wears at them.
