The Last Starfighter

“Alex Rogan was a small town boy with big dreams. But in his wildest dreams, he never suspected that tonight he would become The Last Starfighter.”

Alex Rogan (Lance Guest) lives in a trailer park, and the best thing in it is a Starfighter arcade cabinet he has finally beaten. The high score brings Centauri (Robert Preston), a smooth-talking recruiter who says the game was a test and an alien defense force needs pilots. Nick Castle puts the teenager and the con man side by side as Alex decides whether to trust him.
