The Laughing Man

In a Turkish town of the late 1980s, Yusuf Şaplak (Kemal Sunal) is an ordinary man who cannot stop laughing, whatever the moment calls for. Kartal Tibet follows the young Doktor Oktay (Ahmet Sezerel), an idealist who takes on the condition as a cause he means to cure. Between the two men stands Naciye (Aydan Burhan), and Yusuf's laughter turns into the way he reaches for her.
