The Ledge

“One life. One chance. One step.”

A man is standing on a ledge, and a detective, Hollis Lucetti (Terrence Howard), has to find out how he got there. Gavin Nichols (Charlie Hunnam) is an atheist whose argument with the devout Joe Harris (Patrick Wilson) has turned from words into a lethal contest of wills. Matthew Chapman keeps pulling Gavin toward Shana (Liv Tyler), Joe's wife, who has just moved into the building and into his days.
