The Legend of Frosty the Snowman

The town of Evergreen has a mayor who runs a tight ship and allows no talk of magic, so no one knows what to make of the snowman who blows in and starts moving around on his own. Greg Sullivan follows Charlie Tinkerton and his friends as they try to tell the town what they've seen, while Principal Pankley (Larry Miller) stands in their way. Frosty (Bill Fagerbakke) simply goes where he is needed, and the children are the ones who have to speak up.
