The Levelling

Clover Catto (Ellie Kendrick) is finishing her veterinary course when her brother dies and she is called home to the family's struggling Somerset farm. She wants to know what happened to him, and her father Aubrey (David Troughton) is not keen to talk about it. Hope Dickson Leach sets the story in the weeks after a death, where grief goes unspoken because the people in the house have never learned how to say it.
