The Life Before Her Eyes

“Your life can change in an instant. That instant can last forever.”

Fifteen years after a shooting at her high school, Diana McFee (Uma Thurman) feels the anniversary closing in, and the life she built since starts to come apart. In the school bathroom that day she stood beside her best friend Maureen (Eva Amurri), who did not walk out. Vadim Perelman cuts between the grown Diana (Thurman) and her teenage self (Evan Rachel Wood), and Diana carries the loss into every ordinary hour.
