The Life of Jesus
Nobody in Bailleul says what is wrong with Freddy (David Douche), a young man with nothing to do and no one who asks. He rides his scooter with a pack of friends, plays in the town brass band, and sleeps with his girlfriend Marie (Marjorie Cottreel) without giving her any joy. Bruno Dumont's debut leaves its title unexplained and watches how little a person has to offer when no one has given him anything.
