The Little Princess

Sara Crewe (Shirley Temple) wants only one thing, which is to find her father, Captain Crewe (Ian Hunter), after the army reports him missing in the Second Boer War. Walter Lang, working in Technicolor for the first time with Temple, follows her through a London that has little patience for a girl with no one to vouch for her. Sara keeps hunting for him with a stubborn politeness, and it is a good deal harder to keep up than it looks.
