“Mischief loves company.”

In 1994, a neighborhood of kids runs its own clubhouse, and the club's one rule is that girls stay out. Nine-year-old Alfalfa (Bug Hall) falls for Darla (Brittany Ashton Holmes), and Spanky (Travis Tedford) and the other members, Stymie (Kevin Jamal Woods) and Froggy (Jordan Warkol) among them, set out to sabotage it. Penelope Spheeris, adapting Hal Roach's old Our Gang shorts, leaves Alfalfa with his hopeful face turned toward Darla.
