The Living Daylights

“The new James Bond...living on the edge.”

James Bond (Timothy Dalton) has one job: get a defecting Soviet general out of Czechoslovakia alive, then find out who wants him dead. The trail runs through Kara Milovy (Maryam D'Abo), a cellist tied to the general, and an American arms dealer named Brad Whitaker (Joe Don Baker). John Glen keeps the pace brisk, and Kara stays in the picture with her cello case slung across her back.
