“The new coach has a secret weapon.”

Jasmine (Keke Palmer) is eleven and quiet, with no interest in sports, until her uncle Curtis Plummer (Ice Cube) sees she has an arm. Fred Durst follows the pair as she signs up with the Harvey Colts and becomes the first girl in the 56-year history of the Pop Warner football tournament. Every game puts her on a field where no one expects her to be, and what she risks is the whole town's idea of what she can do.
