Nobody in the family has said why Libby Moran (Leslie Bibb) hasn't spoken to her Aunt Jean (Nora Dunn) in years, and now, widowed, she is moving her children onto Jean's goat farm in central Texas. Vicky Wight adapts Katherine Center's novel with Josh Duhamel as James O'Connor, the man who works the land beside them. The film is about learning to be somewhere again after the person who made a place home is gone.
