The Lost King

“Her story made history.”

In modern-day Britain, Philippa Langley (Sally Hawkins) is a Edinburgh-based worker with a chronic illness, drawn into the story of Richard III after a play leaves her certain the last Plantagenet king has been unfairly judged. Stephen Frears follows her as she takes the search for his lost grave to the academics, who treat her as an amateur. Her husband John (Steve Coogan) is the one beside her, doubting the whole thing and still driving her to the next dig.
