“Something has survived.”

Four years after the disaster at Jurassic Park, John Hammond (Richard Attenborough) reveals to Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum) that more dinosaurs have been bred at a second, secret site. Malcolm's paleontologist girlfriend Sarah Harding (Julianne Moore) is already out there, and Steven Spielberg sends him after her with a team to document the animals. A rival crew led by Roland Tembo (Pete Postlethwaite) is headed for the same ground, and everyone on it is in danger.
