The Love of Jeanne Ney

In the Crimea, the Reds and the Whites are still fighting, and Jeanne Ney (Édith Jéhanne) learns that the man she loves, Andreas Labov (Uno Henning), is a Bolshevik who killed her father. G.W. Pabst sends her to Paris, penniless, to work for her uncle, where Andreas turns up to organize the sailors in Toulon. Khalibiev (Fritz Rasp), a thief and libertine, has his eye on her, and Jeanne holds on to a love she has every reason to give up.
