The Magician

A bride vanishes from the stage in the middle of a wedding show, and nobody in the room can say how. İskender (Cem Yılmaz) is the failed magician whose act it was, on a tour across Turkey to save his career, with his grumpy, senile father Sait (Mazhar Alanson) riding along. Yılmaz and Ali Taner Baltacı make a film about a son and father who never quite say what they feel, so the feeling sits in the car between them.
