The Man Who Cried
Suzie (Christina Ricci) is a Jewish girl separated from her father in Soviet Russia, raised in England, and by young adulthood living in Paris just before the Second World War. She goes there singing and searching for him, and finds work among the performers, where Cesar (Johnny Depp), a gypsy horseman, comes into her life. Sally Potter shot it with Sacha Vierny, the French cinematographer, and it was the last film he worked on.
