The Man Who Killed Don Quixote

“Today's a marvelous day for adventures!”

Toby (Adam Driver), a cynical film director, finds a stray DVD of the student film he shot years ago in a Spanish village. It brings him back to the old shoe-maker he cast as Don Quixote, Jonathan Pryce in the role now, who has come to believe he is the knight and takes Toby for his squire Sancho Panza. Terry Gilliam sends them across the countryside, and Toby, who only wants out, keeps getting pulled further in.
