The Man Who Knew Infinity

In Madras, Srinivasa Ramanujan (Dev Patel) is poor, self-taught in mathematics, and filling notebooks with theorems nobody around him can read. His work earns him a place at Cambridge during the First World War, and Matt Brown follows him into its cold stone halls. There he is paired with G. H. Hardy (Jeremy Irons), a reserved professor who wants proof, and the two men must learn to work together.
