One mismatched shoe on a stranger at the airport is enough to make the CIA decide he is a spy. Richard (Tom Hanks) has no idea, and Stan Dragoti follows him through a chase that starts with Cooper (Dabney Coleman) and his agents and keeps widening. Richard walks on through the crowd, unaware of any of it, the one red shoe showing at his foot.
