The Marriage Escape

Jan (Herman Finkers) has been married to Gedda (Johanna ter Steege) for 35 years, and he cannot reach for a glass of water before she has already handed him one. She chooses his clothes, his friends, his vacations, so Jan comes up with a strange plan that turns the marriage into a locked ward. Their daughter is stuck with a jealous boyfriend, and Johan Nijenhuis, adapting a Czech film, shoots it all in the Tweants dialect.
