The Messenger: The Story of Joan of Arc

Joan of Arc (Milla Jovovich) is a French teenager in 1429 who walks before the uncrowned Charles VII (John Malkovich) with a message she says came from God. She promises to defeat the greatest army in the world and free her country from its political and religious turmoil. Luc Besson follows her into battle, where one girl's belief is all that stands against the English.
