The Mighty

“The quest for friendship is the noblest cause of all”

Max Kane (Elden Henson) is a big, slow-moving kid whom the town has written off, and what he wants is for someone to stop treating him like a problem. Kevin "Freak" Dillon (Kieran Culkin) is small, sharp-tongued and not allowed to go anywhere on his own, so he trades his help with Max's reading for a ride out into the world. Peter Chelsom lets Sharon Stone and Gena Rowlands fill in the family around them, and keeps the camera at kid height.
