The Misandrists

“It's Time to Reconcile Your Revolutionary Beliefs with Your Sexual Politics”

Big Mother (Susanne Sachße) runs a convent in Ger(wo)many where a cell of radical women is preparing for a final revolution and a world without men. A young male soldier arrives at its door asking for refuge, and Bruce LaBruce, who made the film, stages the household around that intrusion. In the frame the sisters stand in their habits, Sister Dagmar (Viva Ruiz) among them, all of them looking at him.
