The Mitchells vs. the Machines

“Saving the world can be a trip.”

Katie Mitchell (Abbi Jacobson) is about to leave for film school when her dad, Rick (Danny McBride), cancels her flight and packs the whole family into the car for one last road trip. Somewhere on the way, the robots rise up across the country, and the Mitchells turn out to be the only people in reach who can stop them. Mike Rianda lets Katie's homemade videos spill onto the screen as scribbled-on animation, and the family wagon keeps rolling.
