The Money Maker

Jan Bojarski (Reda Kateb), a Polish refugee in postwar France, begins printing counterfeit notes in a garden shed so precise they rival the Banque de France's own currency. For fifteen years he moves between two lives while Commissaire Mattéi (Bastien Bouillon) pursues him. The counterfeits are so flawless that to catch the forger, the detective must think like an artist, and the artist must stay one step ahead of a man who has made him his life's work.
