The Monster and the Girl

Susan Webster (Ellen Drew) is a young woman pushed into prostitution by a crime syndicate, and her brother Scott has been framed for a murder he did not commit. Stuart Heisler brings in an ape as the instrument of retribution against the mobsters, with Larry Reed (Robert Paige) among those drawn into the fallout. Susan is the one who has to live with what that vengeance has been built on.
