The Moon in the Gutter

Every night Gérard Delmas (Gérard Depardieu), a dockworker, goes looking for the man he blames for his sister's suicide. Jean-Jacques Beineix puts him in a port district where Bella (Victoria Abril) already claims him, and Loretta Channing (Nastassja Kinski), an uptown woman, starts to want him too. It is a story about a man who cannot stop searching for the past, and the two women who are in front of him now.
