The Mothman Prophecies

“What do you see?”

Reporter John Klein (Richard Gere) takes a wrong turn in West Virginia and ends up in Point Pleasant, a sleepy town where residents keep describing the same winged shape and the same nightmares. Mark Pellington follows him as he questions locals and builds a file on the sightings, with Connie Mills (Laura Linney), the town's police officer, listening. Between the two of them there is a wary trust, shaped by what each has seen and neither can explain.
