Ebenezer Scrooge (Michael Caine) wants one thing from Christmas Eve, which is for the day to end with his ledgers balanced and his door shut on everyone. His clerk Bob Cratchit (Kermit the Frog) and the Cratchit family get nothing from him but a cold office and a longer shift. Brian Henson fills the street with Muppets and has Gonzo, as Charles Dickens, narrate, while three ghosts arrive that night to hold Scrooge to account.
