One question hangs over Oz: everyone swears the Wizard can grant what you want most, and nobody has actually asked him. Dorothy (Ashanti) waits tables at her Aunt Em's diner in a small Kansas town, singing to herself and getting nowhere, until a tornado carries her off with her pet prawn Toto. Kirk R. Thatcher sends her down the road toward the Wizard (Jeffrey Tambor), carrying one dream nobody back home has made room for.
