The Myth of the American Sleepover

Maggie (Claire Sloma) just wants to be noticed by someone on the last weekend before school starts, and she is not alone in that. Across the Detroit suburbs, Rob Salvati (Marlon Morton) is hunting for a girl he once glimpsed, while the rest of the group drifts from one sleepover and party to the next. David Robert Mitchell treats these few nights as the last stretch before everyone grows up a little, whether they feel ready or not.
