The Nature of Love

In Montreal, Sophia (Magalie Lépine-Blondeau) teaches philosophy and has shared a life with Xavier (Francis-William Rhéaume) for ten years. A carpenter in the Laurentians, Sylvain (Pierre-Yves Cardinal), arrives to renovate the couple's country house, and she falls for him at first sight. Monia Chokri sets the professor's books against the builder's sawdust, and Sophia has to ask whether a love this sudden can hold up outside the house.
