The Nest

“Roaches have never tasted flesh... until now. She's just an appetizer.”

On a New England island, a quiet fishing village goes about its business while a biological experiment turns wrong and the roaches that come out of it want meat. Elias Johnson (Robert Lansing) and Elizabeth Johnson (Lisa Langlois) are among the islanders left to deal with the mutants, with Richard Tarbell (Franc Luz) caught up in it too. Terence H. Winkless, in his first film as director, keeps the pace fast and the creatures close.
