The New Age

“A shopping spree for the morally bankrupt.”

Peter (Peter Weller) and Katherine (Judy Davis) Witner both lose their jobs in the same stretch of Southern California, and both start seeing other people. Michael Tolkin sends them toward a business of their own and a string of New Age gurus, each one promising to fill the gap where their lives used to be. They keep the big house, the good clothes, and the marriage that no longer holds them together.
