“A zero will rise.”

Dizzy Harrison (DJ Qualls) is a scrawny high school senior who wants nothing more than to stop being the school's favorite target. So he gets himself expelled on purpose, takes lessons in being a badass from a convict (Eddie Griffin), and shows up at a new school as Gil Harris. Ed Decter's comedy comes down to the plain fact that a made-up self has to be kept up every day, in front of people he has started to like.
