(2019)Directed by Stephen Chow90 min · PG-13Comedy

Ru Meng (E Jingwen) spends her days as a stand-in and background extra on Chinese film sets, waiting for the one role that will make her a star. Stephen Chow follows her through the lines of hopefuls and the long hours of getting nowhere, with Ma Ke (Wang Baoqiang) among the people she meets along the way. It's a story about wanting to be seen, and how long a person will keep standing in the back row.
