“In search of salvation, he'll make the city rain blood.”

Ito (Joe Taslim), an elite Triad assassin, stops mid-massacre and spares a young girl, and the gang he served at once turns to kill him. Timo Tjahjanto sends legions of hired thugs after him, with Arian (Iko Uwais), a rising gang prospect, among them. Ito keeps the girl close and walks on through the dark, blood on his hands, still shielding her.
